      Clean and dry a hairless area of skin (wrist, arm, hip or upper back). Gently peel patch away from backing and place onto cleaned skin. Patch will activate within 30 minutes and can be worn for up to 12 hours. Water-resistant and gentle on all skin types. To remove gently peel off and discard. Some adhesive may remain on skin which can be wiped or washed with soap.

      For best results with the Soothing Skies Wellness Patch, we recommend following these usage guidelines: Jet Lag Relief: Apply one patch 30 minutes before your flight to help you sleep during the journey. To adapt to the new time zone, wear one patch every night at your destination until you are adjusted. Energy B12: Can be used for short travel or as an added energy boost for your adventure. Apply 1 patch 30 minutes prior to activity. Immune Support: Place a patch on a few days before traveling and wear one daily throughout your trip. Each patch provides up to 12 hours of support. You can use a maximum of three patches a day.

    These definitely work well, very impressed. Got adjusted to the time difference on my last trip very quickly and then again when I got back home! The energy patch was very fast at working. Felt like any recreational activity my wife planned was simple to get through! Honeymoon ended up being one of my best trips so far. Have already recommended to friends!

    What was needed for my trip

    Used these patches recently on an overseas trip. The jet lag I used for 3 nights straight to adjust to time. Gave me a good full sleep all 3 nights. The 4th night I forgot to use and woke up continuously through the night so I know the patch worked well the nights before. Energy I only used once. Was like having a coffee and feeling that little bit of extra energy. I would say the jet lag patch is definitely worth giving a go.

    Truely a game-changer!

    I was skeptical at first but after my trip from US to Aus I really had bad jet lag! A friend recommended these patches and I didn’t think that they would make that much difference, but they really do! No side effects, no feeling drowsy and I was able to enjoy my trip back home without having to spend the first couple days trying to recover from a long flight.

    Can definitely feel the energy patch working!

    Recently used the energy patch on vacation and I felt it working! Its got a little tingle and an hr later I suddenly has a lot more energy! This is exactly what I needed to replace coffee but theres only 6 patches so I would recommend getting more if your away for a while like I was.

    Happy with these patches!

    As someone who dislikes taking pills, I have found a preference for using patches instead. These patches have a good amount of magnesium and B12 and I find these have made it easier for me to incorporate supplements much better.
