        Clean and dry a hairless area of skin (wrist, arm, hip or upper back). Gently peel patch away from backing and place onto cleaned skin. Patch will activate within 30 minutes and can be worn for up to 12 hours. Water-resistant and gentle on all skin types. To remove gently peel off and discard. Some adhesive may remain on skin which can be wiped or washed with soap.

        For best results with the Soothing Skies Wellness Patch, we recommend following these usage guidelines: Jet Lag Relief: Apply one patch 30 minutes before your flight to help you sleep during the journey. Apply 1 patch 30 minutes prior to activity. Immune Support: Place a patch on a few days before traveling and wear one daily throughout your trip. Each patch provides up to 12 hours of support.       Helps both me and my wife get over jet lag within 2 days! We used these when we got home from our trip, around 7pm. Didn’t wake up to go to the loo all night which usually keeps me awake tossing and turning. We woke up the next morning 8am feeling great and no grogginess! With 2 days we were back adjusted to our time! Added bonus of not having to deal with heartburn caused by taking tablets before bed! Would highly recommend these!

      Appreciate the natural and herbal side to these patches

      The use of sleep patches has been more effective for me than taking supplements orally. The unique delivery method of the patches provide consistent sleep throughout the night. However, a specific brand with 5mg of melatonin did not work well, possibly due to melatonin overuse. So I decided to go with this herbal patches instead. The thick and large patches does not enhance effectiveness, despite good adhesion so these patches were light in comparison and stuck throughout the night. You just need to make sure the area of skin is super clean and dry with no moisture. I had no problem using them on my sensitive skin. I would say they were average in terms of sleep quality. This is most likely due to lack of melatonin. But I did appreciate the fact that they were more of a natural solution to getting better quality of sleep. I think they will also be helpful for treating jet lag for people who are new to patches.
